DEME Group is a new anchor tenant of the boutique office center
In October 2015 the Russian office of DEME Group (a global solutions provider for dredging and land reclamation) has been moved to the boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17”.
The investment and management company Jensen Group and the Belgian DEME Group have signed a long-term lease agreement in April 2015. New offices of Mordraga and Baggerwerken Decloedt (parts of DEME Group) occupied the total area of 900 sqm on the 6th floor of the boutique office center.
“Besides efficient floor plane, high insolation and modern engineering systems and communications, the new DEME Group offices have excellent view from the windows. Also perfect traffic and pedestrian access and developed infrastructure of the district are key competitive advantages of the boutique office center which make it an effective place for headquarters and branch offices”, – noted Dmitry Abramov, Director of the Passage and Partner of Jensen Group.
DEME Group provides wide range of services in dredging field (port and harbor construction, environmental solutions, maintenance dredging, project development and other). In Russia DEME Group manages marine projects such as a new Sochi Cruise Terminal, Ports of Sabetta, Tuapse, Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg and Ust-Luga.
Among the anchor tenants of the boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya,17” are Belgian Vlerick Business School, Swiss Language Center Liden&Denz, International law firms Capital Legal Services and Pavia e Ansaldo. In June 2015 the Creative Association S-11 opened the Beatnik restaurant total area of 606 sqm in the first courtyard of the boutique office center.
