Facade repair works have been completed

Repair works on the facade of the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” have been completed in late April 2014.

 

All scaffolds have been removed and now future tenants can see the renovated facade of the building where a lot of attention was paid to the choice of the stucco colors. Two courtyards in the very heart of St. Petersburg are now colored in tints of the Italian morning and midday sun.

 

Two passenger elevators have also been installed in the reception area, whereas the elevator shafts themselves have been tiled with marble. The air-conditioning and ventilation systems of the building are ready for work acceptance.

 

All works are performed according to schedule and will be finished in time.
