New building of Jensen Group has been placed into operation

In September, 2014 a new building of the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” of Jensen Group investment and development company has been put into operation.

 

The “A” class business center is located in a historical building on the Italianskaya st., two steps away from the “Nevsky Prospect” subway station. The total area of the Boutique office center is 8200 sq m. The building is part of the re-launched Passage Shopping Arcade (Nevsky prospect, 48). The modern boutique-office center in the Passage became one of the largest office projects in the center of Saint Petersburg’s Golden Triangle.

Belgian Vlerick Business School have already opened its doors for students on the second floor of ‘Passage/Italianskaya, 17’”, – Mr. Abramov added. Besides main advantages of the building as its location and high class of the business center the tenants were attracted by additional advantages. Such as two picturesque courtyards with recreation areas, many restaurants and cafes, including a restaurant with a terrace in one of the courtyards coupled with the Passage Shopping Arcade, and prestigious business environment.
