The delegation of BOMA association visited the boutique office center

On 10th of September representatives of one of the most authoritative real estate association – BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association International) visited the boutique office center .  

Kent Gibson, BOMA Fellow, Chair and Chief Elected Officer, President of Capstone Property Management (Salt Lake City), and Lisa Prats, BOMA International vice president highly appreciated unique atmosphere of the boutique office of the center and noted high efficiency of planning decisions.

 

BOMA was founded in 1907. The BOMA headquarters is located in Washington, D.C. the association has branches in  17 countries. The measuring standards of commercial real estate areas developed by BOMA are applied worldwide for more than 100 years.
