The first long-term lease agreement of boutique office center
The first long-term lease agreement in the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17” was signed between the invest management company Jensen Group and Vlerick International Business School in late April 2014.
The only campus of Vlerick International Business School in Russia will be located in the Boutique office center “Passage/Italianskaya, 17”, which is owned by an investment fund managed by Jensen Group. The deal was accompanied by international consulting companies Knight Frank and Deloitte. The St. Petersburg campus of Vlerick Business School will begin the next academic year in August 2014 already in new classes.

The comfortable premises of about 500 sq m leased by the business school are separately located on the 2nd floor of the historical building in the very center of St. Petersburg, two steps away from the “Gostinny Dvor” and “Nevsky Prospect” subway stations. The total area of the Boutique office center is 8200 sq m. In addition to office premises and service rooms the building includes picturesque recreation areas in two courtyards. A restaurant with a terrace in one of the courtyards will also be connected to the Passage shopping arcade.
